How do I plant a Yucca rostrata?
Planting a Yucca is not much different than planting any other plant. Try to keep the root ball as damage free as possible. Make sure the clod is surrounded with a good nutrient soil. We recommend Florentus Mediterranean Nutrient Soil. Make a hole in the soil or potting compost, deep enough for the root ball. Press the soil around the root ball and fill until there is no more trench around the root ball.

Make sure the Yucca gets enough light and do not move it too often, because each move the Yucca has to get used to the new place. Yuccas like a lot of light, so place it in a sunny spot. In winter it may need protection, in extreme temperatures. If so, put fleece around the leafy crown and wrap the pot with bubble wrap.
