Picking up your order is fast and easy. Order online and choose for 'pickup'.
After receiving an email, you can pickup the order. Make sure you have your order number at hand.

We ship to all the countries within Europe, up to 30 kg is very affordable within the EU, and for freights above 30kg we will use a transport company

We ship to all other countries outside of the EU up to 10kg.

If it happens that a product isn't deliverable, or out of stock, then we will contact you, so you can either choose another product or to cancel the product or the whole order.
In case of delay, we will send you an email to let you know the package will arrive later.
We put as much care into shipping our products as we can. Still, it's possible a product might arrive damaged. In this case, send us photo's of how you received the product, and we will see what the best option is to continue.
